Before

A big portion of my workflow was dedicated to keeping the pipeline alive. Reaching out, following up, scheduling calls, writing proposals — all necessary, but often repetitive and inefficient. Even when things worked, it required constant effort to maintain momentum.

After joining

The dynamic flipped. Instead of chasing opportunities, I receive a steady flow of projects that are already relevant to my skillset. There’s no need to constantly be “on the hunt” — I can evaluate what comes in and decide where to invest my time.

The impact

This shift changes how I approach work entirely. I can be more intentional, more selective, and more focused. It removes a lot of the background stress that comes with freelancing and replaces it with a more controlled, predictable flow of opportunities.
