The reality of most freelance work
Even when you land good projects, there’s often a layer of instability — unclear briefs, evolving scope, or stakeholders that aren’t fully aligned. A significant part of the job becomes managing that uncertainty: clarifying requirements, adjusting expectations, and dealing with changes that weren’t anticipated.
What the platform does differently
Here, projects come in already structured. Scope is defined, timelines are realistic, and expectations are aligned upfront. That doesn’t mean everything is rigid — there’s still room for iteration — but the foundation is solid.
What that means in practice
With that level of clarity, I can focus almost entirely on the work itself. Less time spent coordinating and realigning, more time building, refining, and shipping. The overall experience feels closer to working inside a well-run product team than traditional freelancing.
